The prompts sent to Anthropic are constructed from system templates within the Service. You do not type freeform prompts that are sent to Anthropic.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email and by prominent notice in the Service before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money or any other valuable consideration. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not work with advertising networks, ad-tech companies, or data brokers.

When you delete your account, all data marked "Life of your account" is deleted immediately. See Section 7.
Apple and Stripe retain payment records under their own retention policies. To request deletion of records held by Apple or Stripe directly, contact those companies.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email legal@synthesize360.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity by confirming your control of that email address and respond within 30 days.
You can correct most account information directly within the Service. For information you cannot edit yourself, email legal@synthesize360.com.
You may request deletion of your account at any time. See Section 7.
You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional message or by adjusting notification preferences within the Service. Transactional communications such as alerts you have subscribed to and account-security notices are part of the Service and cannot be unsubscribed without modifying or ending the relevant feature.
The Service lets you control which alert types you receive and which delivery channels (email, push notifications, in-app notifications) we use to deliver them.
To delete your account, email legal@synthesize360.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, confirming completion by email.

We are working to add an in-app account-deletion option to the iOS application and a self-serve deletion option to the web application. Until those are released, the email process described above is the supported method.

We collect account credentials (email address combined with password). We use this information solely to authenticate you and secure your account. We do not use, disclose, or process this information for any purpose other than providing and securing the Service. Under CCPA, you have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information; given that we already limit such use to authentication and security, no additional action is necessary, but you may contact us if you have questions.
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically as you use the Service, and from our service providers (Apple and Stripe) when subscriptions are processed.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@synthesize360.com.
The web application uses a single, strictly-necessary authentication cookie. The cookie is configured to be sent only over HTTPS, to be inaccessible to JavaScript, and to be subject to a strict same-site policy. We do not use any tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies.
The web application does not use browser localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other persistent client-side storage to track or identify you.
The iOS application stores an authentication token in iOS Keychain. We do not use Apple's IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), do not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt, and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
We do not require a cookie consent banner because we do not use any non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. We will notify you of a security incident affecting your information in the manner and timeframe required by applicable law.
The Service is operated from the United States and is intended only for users located in the United States. Data is processed and stored on infrastructure located in the United States. We do not target the Service to, and do not knowingly accept users from, jurisdictions outside the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please do not use the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects when the policy was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
